Under the leadership of International President & CEO Mrs. Charletta Wilson Jacks, the 2026–2030 International Program of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is centered on Championing Service, Empowering Sisterhood, and Transforming the World. Grounded in the Sorority's mission of Service to All Mankind®, the agenda provides a flexible, member-centered framework that enables chapters to address local community needs while creating measurable, sustainable, and global impact.

At the heart of the program is the signature initiative, AKA Foster the Future: From Here to Hope, which focuses on supporting children in foster and kinship care through education, mentorship, advocacy, family support, and community partnerships to help create pathways to lifelong success.

The administration's work is organized around eight strategic targets:

  1. Educational Support & AdvocacyPromote literacy, educational achievement, mentorship, and leadership development.
  2. AKA Family MattersStrengthen families through resources, youth engagement, safety, and multigenerational support.
  3. Health Awareness & Well-Being Address health disparities while promoting prevention, mental health, and holistic wellness.
  4. Economic Growth & SuccessAdvance financial literacy, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and wealth-building opportunities.
  5. Environmental & Sustainability ActionEncourage environmental stewardship, conservation, sustainability, and environmental justice.
  6. Arts Advocacy & Cultural Awareness Celebrate arts, culture, heritage, and creative expression while supporting artists and cultural education.
  7. The Global CommunityExpand international partnerships, humanitarian outreach, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Together, these initiatives provide a comprehensive roadmap for chapters to strengthen communities, empower individuals and families, and create lasting local and global impact through innovative service, strategic partnerships, and collaborative action.
